Terms and Conditions

ALL PERSONS SHALL USE CLUB FACILITIES ONLY AT THEIR OWN RISK.

The Corporation shall have no liability or responsibility, and no member, guest of a member, or other person using Corporation facilities, shall have any claim against the Corporation for any personal injury to, or death of any member, guest or other person, or for loss or damage to the property of any member or guest (Article 3.A.14).

Any loss or damage resulting to any of the properties of the Corporation resulting from the acts or conduct of any member, or guest of a member, and any indebtedness to the Corporation incurred by the guest of a member shall be assessed to such member and shall be paid as in the case of other assessments. (Article 3.A.15).
