ABOUT MEMBERSHIP – Membership opens on March 1, 2026
2025 Members, please log-in to the website to renew membership from March 1-15. PLEASE DO NOT RENEW EARLY.
New members, fill out the form at the bottom of this page and we will offer membership if space is available after March 16, 2026.
Membership is not guaranteed by submitting an application.
PRO – $460
Proprietary (PRO) Memberships are for returning and new members living within the Pinehurst Neighborhood: (Boundaries are as follows: east side of Pearl Ave., Lewiston Ave., Heppner Ave., and the north side of Branham Ln)
For new members: Proof of residency within the Pinehurst neighborhood is required. Acceptable proof of residency includes a printed PG&E or water bill dated in 2026, with your name and Pinehurst address. Please send proof to membershipchair@pinehurstcabanaclub.com within 24 hours to secure your membership.
If payment is received after March 15, there will be a late fee of $50 added.
Pinehurst residents who are not members of the pool are not allowed to use the pool.
2026 PRO Registration Fee: $460
PRO Legacy – $370
Proprietary (PRO) Legacy Memberships are for Pinehurst residents meeting all 4 criteria below:
1. A Pinehurst Cabana Club Proprietary Member in 2024.
2. A Pinehurst Cabana Club Proprietary Member for 15 consecutive years (since 2010)
3. Home owner in the Pinehurst neighborhood for 15 years
4. A member of your household must be 60+ years old on or by March 16, 2026.
Proof of residency within the Pinehurst neighborhood may be requested by a Board Member.
If payment is received after March 15, there will be a late fee of $50 added.
Pinehurst residents who are not members of the pool are not allowed to use the pool.
2026 PRO-Legacy Registration Fee: $370
Associate Membership (formerly SUP) – $660
Associate memberships are for persons residing outside of the boundaries of the Pinehurst Neighborhood. Returning Associate Members (Asst.) do not need to be sponsored.
Associate Members (AM) are granted to all persons of a single family residing under the same roof. Space is limited and Associate Memberships are offered on a first come, first served basis. If payment is received after March 15 for returning members (or after April 15 for new members), there will be a late fee of $50 added and you are not guaranteed a spot.
2026 AM Registration Fee: $660
Seasonal Membership (formerly LST) – $375
Seasonal memberships are for persons residing outside of the boundaries of the Pinehurst Neighborhood. Seasonal memberships are for those looking to have limited time at the Cabana Club and focus mainly on Swim Team. First come, first served.
Seasonal Members (SM) are granted to all persons of a single family residing under the same roof. This membership is valid from May 1 – June 27, 2026. Space is limited and Seasonal Memberships are offered on a first come, first served basis. If payment is received after March 15 (for returning LST), there will be a late fee of $50 added and you are not guaranteed a spot.
