PRO – $420

Proprietary (PRO) Memberships are for returning and new members living within the Pinehurst Neighborhood: (Boundaries are as follows: east side of Pearl Ave., Lewiston Ave., Heppner Ave., and the north side of Branham Ln)
For new members: Proof of residency within the Pinehurst neighborhood is required. Acceptable proof of residency includes a printed PG&E or Water bill dated in 2023, with your name and Pinehurst address. Please send proof to membershipchair@pinehurstcabanaclub.com within 24 hours to secure your membership.

If payment is received after March 16, there will be a late fee of $50 added and you are not guaranteed a spot.

2024 Registration Fee: $420

PRO Legacy – $340

Proprietary (PRO) Legacy Memberships are for Pinehurst residents meeting all 4 criteria below:
1. A Pinehurst Cabana Club Proprietary Member in 2023.
2. A Pinehurst Cabana Club Proprietary Member for 15 consecutive years (since 2009)

3. Home owner in the Pinehurst neighborhood for 15 years

4. A member of your household must be 60+ years old on or by March 16, 2024.
Per the 2017 Bylaw revision (3.1.b): The Senior Membership was discontinued and replaced by the Proprietary Legacy Membership, which is a sub category of the Proprietary Membership.
Proof of residency within the Pinehurst neighborhood may be requested by a Board Member.

2024 Registration Fee: $340

Associate Membership (formerly SUP) – $600

Associate memberships are for persons residing outside of the boundaries of the Pinehurst.  Returning Associate Members (Asst.) do not need to be sponsored. First come, first served.

Associate Members (Asst.) are granted to all persons of a single family residing under the same roof. Space is limited and Associate Memberships are offered on a first come, first served basis. If payment is received after March 16, there will be a late fee of $50 added and you are not guaranteed a spot.

2024 Registration Fee: $600

Limited Swim Team Permit (formerly AST) – $375

A Limited Swim Team Permit* is offered to families wishing to join our Pinehurst Piranha Swim Team who live outside of the Pinehurst neighborhood. This permit is intended for single families wanting to partake in swim team practice, meets, and swim team events. Regular cabana club use is permitted from May 25, 2024 – June 30, 2024.

*Limited Swim Team Permits (LSTs) are limited and granted to all persons of a single family residing under the same roof who are sponsored by a current Swim Team family. LSTs exclude guests and the booking of parties/events.
