RESERVED PARTIES
Reserved Parties are for Members wanting the following:
Parties at the pool within standard Club hours
Reserve a section of the Club
- (EX: Booking a party at Golfland means the rentee receives a reserved spot for an allotted amount of time while other parties and the public continue to use the facilities.)
Not to exceed 30 guests
Available Memorial Day to Labor Day
PRIVATE PARTIES
Private Parties are for Members wanting the following:
The Cabana Club to themselves and their guests only
Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, time slots are limited:
- Sundays from 10am – 1pm
- After July 10:
- Saturdays from 10am – 1pm
- Tuesdays or Thursdays from 7pm – 10pm
Private Parties are unavailable on Fridays and after 1pm on Saturdays.
Not to exceed 150 guests
Available May – September, with approval from the Board of Directors
SCHOOL/VENUE PARTIES
School or Venue Parties are for large, private groups
Special event insurance is required from rentee
- Pinehurst Cabana Club will need to be listed as additional insured and a copy of the insurance certificate will need to be submitted 2 weeks prior to the event
